Experience
Graphic Artist – Midlifegamer.net (2011-Present)
I design and illustrate original graphics for ongoing features and special promotions for Midlife Gamer. This UK based video game website produces podcasts, news articles, reviews, and has a popular community forum.
I also create dynamic Photoshop collages based on the art assets of upcoming game releases. Every few weeks, I change the website background to a new custom background to promote synergy between game publishers and the website.
Community Manager – Midlifegamer.net (2011-Present)
I welcome new users, provide community leadership, keep the WordPress based forums nice and tidy, promote fun intelligent discourse, and create activities and events to keep community members involved on the site. I have also designed and implimented ways to promote the site and its podcast.
Multimedia Producer – Midlifegamer.net (2011-Present)
To give Midlifegamer a more global perspective and attract more American visitors, I film and edit web videos featuring local video game and pinball related events, conventions, and attractions. As their sole American correspondent, Midlifegamer encourages me to promote my own brand as a web personality.
Production Artist – Hyperspin (2010)
Hyperspin is a software front end for the MAME (Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator) game emulation engine. I created multiple animated game themes using Adobe Flash. I also restored many game logos for the menu wheel.
